It gives you 24/7 professional monitoring and in the event of an alarm, the Professional Response Team will follow your personalised action plan to act on your behalf. If you wish they can even send a security guard out to your property (additional fee applies). Perfect if you travel or are away from your mobile phone frequently. It includes:

The Morepork Professional Response Team monitor your Morepork 24/7, so you don’t have to. They follow your pre-arranged action plan, not only in the event of an alarm, but also if any of your sensors are tampered with or malfunction, or you activate the panic alarm on your control panel. Guard callouts are also available in most areas for an additional fee.
