Will Morepork work at my place?

You’ll need an area in your home that gets reliable Spark mobile coverage, so your control panel can talk to your smartphone. The video camera needs an internet connection (preferably WiFi), but the rest of your Morepork works without one.

How long before I can get set up?

Delivery of your Morepork Starter Kit will be within 4-8 business days of your order. Once your Morepork is installed you can download the Morepork app from the Apple or Android app stores and log in with the details you set up during checkout.

Can I use other components with my Morepork?

The hardware sold by Morepork is selected for its reliability, security and compatibility. You can add to your Morepork at any time by contacting our Support Team at 0800 787 238.
