How do I change monitoring plans?

You can change between Self Monitoring and Professional Response once per billing cycle.

To change your plan call the Support Team at 0800 787 238. 

Note – Before you can change plans, you will need to have installed your Morepork and received your first monthly bill.

If you are interested in having your Morepork professionally monitored, check your postcode on this list to see if guard callouts are available where your Morepork is installed.

When you upgrade to Professional Response, it will change straight away.

If you change to Self Monitoring, this will take effect from the start of your next billing cycle. If you have allowed the Professional Response Team access to your photos and videos in your action plan, they will no longer be able to see this when you switch plans.
