Morepork’s Professional Response service is provided by ADT Security Limited. In providing these services, ADT Security Limited will follow the action plan you create by completing this form. Please ensure that you complete this form correctly.

In an alarm event

In the event your Morepork alarm is triggered, select the option that you want the Professional Response Team to follow. Note - guard callouts are charged at $78.95 per half hour onsite. Not available in all areas, see here for more info.

In the event your Morepork alarm reports a tamper, low battery or malfunction, select the option that you want the Professional Response Team to follow. Note - guards will never be dispatched for a non-alarm event, unless instructed.

Contact Police/Ambulance as needed. Contact Fire services only after confirmation.

The Professional Response Team can contact emergency services on your behalf should they see fit. Note - in the event of a false alarm, you will be liable for any emergency service charges.

You will be the primary contact during an alarm event. You can nominate up to three emergency contacts to decide what action to take in an alarm event.

Police/Ambulance services will be contacted when required. Fire service will be contacted if we see fire or smoke in your photos or videos; or a guard confirms the presence of fire.

Police/Ambulance services will be contacted when required. Fire service will be contacted immediately if the smoke alarm is triggered, even if your Morepork is disarmed. If you select this option, you will need to let the Professional Response Team know when you are testing your smoke alarm.
